Terms of Use

By creating an account or using TigoMeNote, you agree to these terms.

Last updated: October 24, 2026

1. Who can use TigoMeNote

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18 (or under the age of adulthood where you live), you need permission from a parent or guardian. Teen accounts (13–17) are private by default and may be linked to a parent or guardian, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

You must give a true birthdate and accurate account details, and you may not use TigoMeNote if your account was suspended before.

2. Your account

  • Keep your password secret. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
  • One person per account. Do not pretend to be someone else.
  • Tell us through the app if you think someone else is using your account.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post (photos, videos, captions, comments, statuses, profile). To run the service, you give TigoMeNote a non-exclusive, free, worldwide license to store, copy, resize, display and deliver your content to the people you choose (for example Public, Followers or Only me). This license ends when you delete the content, except for copies kept briefly in backups or where we must keep them by law or for safety.

Only post content you have the right to share. You are responsible for your content and must follow the Community Guidelines.

4. What you must not do

  • Post or share violence, threats, nudity or sexual content, illegal drugs, illegal firearms or weapons, or anything else listed in the Community Guidelines.
  • Harm, harass, track or stalk anyone, or share someone's location or private information without their permission.
  • Break the law, or use TigoMeNote to plan or advertise a crime.
  • Hack, overload, scrape, or try to get around our limits, filters or security.
  • Send spam, scams, or false reports.

5. Safety features (Locate and SOS)

Locate and SOS help your Family and Friends reach you, but they are not an emergency service. Notifications and locations can be late, inaccurate or not delivered (for example without internet, with notifications turned off, or with a low battery). In an emergency, call your local emergency number (999 in Bahrain, 911 in the Philippines). Use Locate only with people who agreed to share with you.

6. Moderation and enforcement

We use automatic filters and reports from users to find content that breaks our rules. We may block, hide or remove content, give warnings (strikes), limit features, or suspend accounts. Content reported by several people, or reported for child safety, may be hidden until reviewed. If we believe someone is in danger or a serious crime is involved, we may preserve information and share it with the proper authorities as allowed by law.

7. Other services

TigoMeNote uses other companies' services (for example hosting, email, maps and weather). Their terms may also apply. See Third-party software.

8. Changes and availability

TigoMeNote is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available". Features may change, pause or stop. We may update these terms; when the changes are important, we will tell you in the app. Using TigoMeNote after an update means you accept the new terms.

9. Limits of our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, TigoMeNote is not responsible for indirect or unexpected losses, for content posted by users, or for missed or late notifications or locations. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under laws that cannot be changed by agreement.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using TigoMeNote at any time and delete your posts. To delete your whole account, contact us using the Report button in the app (choose “Something else”). We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.

12. Contact

Use the Report button in the app (choose “Something else”).

These policies are written in English. If a translation is shown elsewhere in the app, the English version applies.
